He is also having the expertise Recycling, Solar Energy, Biogas, Biofuel, Electrical Mobility, Battery Recycling, Green Hydrogen, Environment, Carbon Net Zero, Ethanol Blending with Petrol, E-waste, Supply Chain, Sustainability large Event Management & Trade fair. He has worked 10 years in Sintex Industries Limited with With Multiple recoginition and promotion and 14 years in corporate packaging giant Uflex Limited as Vice President Global Business, & again with multiple Recognition & Promotion and travelled more than 40 countries across the globe, he has also traveled Europe, Africa, USA & Australia, China , Taiwan, Thailand, Iran, Philipine, Malaysia, Oman, Bahrain - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Egypt, Qater, Jordan, Yemen and was having 3 years working visa in Dubai during 2009-12. He has written articles on Indian BOPP scenario & Global BOPP scenario in Orientate, UK the best magazine on Flexible Packaging which was circulated more than 40 countries across the World, He also written articles in Indian Plastic Institute on Plastics Growth Worldwide. He left the job in 2011 December and started his business in Plastics, Flexible Packaging films and attended more than 1200+ major conferences, exhibitions on Plastics, Packaging in India & across the Globe. He is also having huge Contact with Several Ambassador & High commissioner in India, He is also arranging B2B, B2C meetings with different country buyor, Delegations exchange with their Countries for Business Promotion through their Chamber of Commerce & embassies. Above all he is continuously writing articles on Flexible packaging on Orientate UK the no 1 Magazine in the industry, Indian Plastic Institute, Indian Plastic Federation , Indian Flexible Packaging and Folded Carton Manufacturing Association. Also very much connected with Central Ministry & Very Good PR, Media, Newspaper, Social work, TOI, Various TV channels, Central Ministry, Women Empowerment and Teachiny on- Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Plastics, Packaging, Foods ,Beverages, Recycling, Waste Management. He has also giving lecturer in Various Universities & Business School to educate the student and future Entrepreneur. Having very good contact with Delhi, Haryana, Punjab & West Bengal Government. Having the complete experience & exposure of conducting National & International Conferences, Awards Ceremony & Exhibition. She is known for her innovative approach to fostering open research and creating robust publishing programs and providing editorial services to the research community. I have been working with the publishing industry and academia for more than 30 years having strong association with professional and academic societies. My endeavor has always been to explore newer ways to meet and exceed our publishing partners’ expectations by translating each of our efforts be it performance, reliability, short time to market into the ultimate goal of delighting our authors and the academic fraternity. My experience in publishing operations management coupled with strong editorial skills enables me to analyze publishing trends, hot topics, and identify serious research work happening in academics. She is a Honorary Director of MSME Chamber of Industry and helping the chamber to grow nationally & Internationally. She an Archietect. She currently completed my Graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania USA with a Master’s in Environmental Building Design. Since her childhood she always love the thrill of solving a problem be it in math, in Physics, or in everyday life. She do this with such an enthusiasm that she was elected as a student representative for five terms during her undergradute program where she promoted and led the development of student voice in the school environment. As an integral part of this program she had undertaken a number of field studies, which helped her undertand human activities and behavior and the value of space inside and outside and the detailes to be incorporated in a design. In an endeavor to gain hands on work experience during her undergraduate program, she interned with fiits Architects, USA in 2011 after semester VI during the summer holidays and worked in the re-development project after Alabama tornado. She also associated with SPA Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd., india and did her professional practice assignment with Sangwaan Architects, India. These experiences gave me insights into the relationship between a building’s space and its functionality and also helped her understand how in real world architects conceive, design and implement plans and create beautiful habitations. Buildings themselves were never what drew her to architecture. Her fascination was always with the spaces created, the composition and shaping of masses and spaces - solids and voids which evolve to become functional, attractive and sustainable structures -- to learning about the what, why and how of people’s lifestyles - to analyse how a designed space may be perfectly in sync in a certain culture but may create chaos in another.

With an approach that goes above and beyond the call of duty, Adi is a proactive strategist and in it for the long-haul. Aditya has been managing successful campaigns year-in year-out. After 7 years of working in the fundraising industry and having close relationships with amazing charity partners Adi founded Dynamic Outreach Pty Ltd a 2020 post pandemic Fundraising Agency. Adi’s in-depth knowledge of both the charity and sales sectors helps him to build Dynamic Outreach’s charity division. Skilled in developing engaging stories that captivate audiences and are not easily forgotten. He has personally raised a projected amount of over $ 6.9 million for various charities such as Heart Research Institute, Save the Children, Care Australia, Habitat for Humanity, Amnesty International, Berry Street, Child Fund Australia, Royal Flying Doctors Services, Guide Dogs Australia, Fred Hollows Foundation, among others.He is going to expand his business in India very shortly.
